We ask that you contact us FIRST before returning any product. Defective products are promptly replaced. Video products are replaced only with the same title, unless approved otherwise. We will refund in full (less shipping charge) any product you are unhappy with IF YOU CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
